He completed his general surgery and urology residencies at the University of Maryland Medical System. He served his residency in Urology at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore where he also served his residency in Surgery.

Dr. Daloni is board certified by the American Board of Urology and by the Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Daloni has hospital staff privileges at the Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
