Hydrocele

Hi All,
I had a surgery for hydrocele 7 years back from now, till 6 months before everything was fine,
but i am again feeling the swelling on the same side ,,will it be a reoccuring hydrocele also whata are the cause for reoocuring ? how frequently hydrocels reoccur after surgery?

It is mostly likely a recurring hydrocele but it may be due to a new insult to the testicle. Recurrence is the second most common complication after hydrocelectomy and the most common late complication. It occurs in about 10% of cases.
