grade 2 uterine prolapse with cystocele
I was recently diagnosed as having a grade 2 uterine prolapse with cystocele (bladder hernia). I went to a new gyn and she found it, asked me a couple of questions, and told me to do Kegels. After the appointment, I had such cramping and pain and pain in my bladder, feeling like I had to urinate all of the time, and it was much worse with sitting, which I do all day at my job.
