The practice of Drs. R. Brickley Sweet and Leonard G. Renfer is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of all types of urinary problems in men, women, and children, and disorders affecting the male reproductive system. Our primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality (urological) medical care possible, doing our best to return you to a healthy and active life as soon as medically possible.

Dr. Sweet and Dr. Renfer combine over 33 years of dedicated experience in caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Both physicians are certified by the American Board of Urology and enjoy being practitioners and members of the Salinas-Monterey community.

They are active staff members at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center. Other affiliations include the Monterey County Medical Society, American Urological Association, California Urological Association, American Medical Association, and the American College of Surgeons.

Patient Education

Key to the success of any treatment program is patient compliance. Throughout evaluation and treatment, we provide our patients with the education and information so that they may become active participants in the management of their condition.
