Insurance and Billing

Our practice participates in a number of preferred provider organizations most prevalent in this county. Please see the list below. At your visit, please provide us with the appropriate billing information.

• Contracted Health Plans-HMO, PPO, IPA: Co-payment due at the time of visit
  HMOs other than Mission IPA require pre-authorization from primary care physician.

• Medicare: We accept assignment for our Medicare patients.
  Patients will be billed for any deductible that is due, and their 20% after Medicare payment is received.

• Non-insured: We accept cash, VISA, or MasterCard.

• All other plans: As a courtesy to our non-PPO and non-HMO patients, we bill all other insurance companies.
