Dr. Goldberg is Medical Director of the Male Health Center, Baylor Health Center at Irving-Coppell, Irving, Texas, and Texas Urology, Lewisville/Carrollton, Texas.
Certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Goldberg received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve Medical School in Cleveland and completed an internship/surgical residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta and a urology residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
In 1987, Dr. Goldberg founded the Male Response (Impotence) Center and the Center for Permanent Birth Control in 1987. In 1988, these centers evolved into the Male Health Center, the first center in the United States to deal exclusively with male problems. In 1997, the Male Health Center became part of the Male Health Institute of Baylor Health Center at the Irving-Coppell campus of the Baylor Healthcare System.
Dr. Goldberg has received national and local recognition for his work in the areas of men's health. He has served on the boards of the Impotence Foundation and the National Men's Health Network. In 1996, he was named Prostate Health Educator of the Year for the South Central Section by the American Urological Association and was nominated to the governor's advisory committee on prostate cancer awareness.
He has given hundreds of presentations on men's health issues to the medical community and the public. Presently, he conducts continuing medical education courses for physicians on erectile dysfunction (ED), prostate disorders, and male health issues. He has co-authored articles on male problems such as ED for the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of Urology, and co-wrote the American Academy of Family Physicians' web page on prostate disorders.
In addition to running an extremely active clinical practice, Dr. Goldberg has been involved in clinical research on various treatments for ED, prostate disorders, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Raul Diaz, MD
Dr. Diaz received his medical degree from the University of Zaragoza in Spain and completed an internship at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. He performed his surgical residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore and his urology residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. In practice since 1982, Dr. Diaz is certified by the American Board of Urology.

John L. Fairbanks, MD
Dr. Fairbanks received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati. He was also a urology staff physician at Scott Air Force Base. Dr. Fairbanks is certified by the American Board of Urology

Orvial L. Bennett, Jr, PA
Mr. Bennett, our physician assistant, attended the U.S.A.F. School of Health Care Services and received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed the Medical Knowledge Self-Assessment Program V in 1981 and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Screening and Detection Program in 1992. He is certified by the National Commission on certification of physicians assistants. He served in the United States Air Force as a medical technician. Mr. Bennett maintains memberships in the Texas Academy of Physicians Assistants and the American Academy of Physicians Assistants.
