Signs and Symptoms



The most common symptom of an upper tract tumor is blood in the urine (hematuria). Hematuria may be visible to the naked eye (gross) or visible upon examination with a microscope (microscopic).

Other symptoms include the following:

  • Bladder irritation
  • Constipation
  • Pelvic pain
