	Lynn Ridder, RN Urologic Nursing Specialist LPN, Montclair School of Practical Nursing. AAS in Nursing and RN, Felician College. Thirty-five years as a practicing nurse and 11 years as a dedicated urologic nursing specialist. There is very little (if anything) regarding urologic nursing care that Lynn does not know.

	Sasha Cunillera Executive Administrator Sasha, originally a Manhattan native and now resident of Garnerville, has been working for Dr. Mark Fagelman and Dr. Elliot Fagelman since October 2007. Since entering the Healthcare field, Ms. Cunillera had decided to pursue a Master's Degree in Health Administration. She is responsible for all front desk duties including greeting and checking in patients, verifying patients' insurance and background information, collect copayments, schedule appointments, answer and triage medical phone calls, create and update patients' charts. She also serves as an interpreter for Spanish speaking patients.
	Annika Lindgren Clerical Supervisor Annika Lindgren has worked for Dr. Mark Fagelman and Dr. Elliot Fagelman since December of 2007. Her daily responsibilities include keeping all the patients charts up to date and organized, answer phones and relay messages, and confirming appointments. Annika grew up in Nyack, but has just moved back to the area after living in the Catskills and helping her mother start up a Family Medicine practice.
